Know-IT & IT-Lab Solution Day on 25 July 2023
The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation will jointly organise a “IT Innovation Lab in Schools” Solution Day for secondary and primary schools to share the innovative information technology related courses of around 20 industry partners, and showcase how such courses can help benefit your students in upgrading their computation thinking and innovation skills.The upcoming Solution Day will focus on themes which include (1) Artificial Intelligence courses; (2) Blockchain, Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and Metaverse courses; (3) Internet of Things, Robotics and Drone Programming courses, and many others. Around 20 speakers will share their innovative IT-related courses in the above themes, and there will be exhibition booths which you can visit, as well as valuable matching sessions with the partners (for the first 100 schools enrolled) to gain more in-depth understanding about the offered courses.
It is a great opportunity to learn and plan for the IT-related courses for the benefits of your students to enhance their interests and knowledge in IT and applications through extra-curricular activities, with a view to preparing them for integration into the knowledge-based economy and participation in the digital society.
