IT Innovation Lab in Schools Programme – End of Programme Arrangement
Details of the Final Extension
Schools wishing to apply for the extension are invited to complete the application form and submit it to the IT Lab One-stop Support Centre by 31 May 2026. Subject to approval, the completion deadline for the relevant activities will be extended from 31 August 2026 to 30 November 2026.
Please note that this is a one-off final extension, and no further extension will be granted. For activities that cannot be completed within the extended timeline, any unspent funds must be returned to the Government.
End-of-Programme Arrangements
As stipulated in Education Bureau Circular Memorandum No. 85/2025, the IT-Lab Programme will conclude by the end of the 2025/26 school year. All approved activities must be completed by 31 August 2026. Upon completion, schools are required to submit the final school report, together with the financial and audit reports, by 31 October 2026.
Schools are also reminded to ensure that all participating students complete the online feedback questionnaire by 31 October 2026.
